We currently provide a 24/7 Service facility along with any products required in urgent/emergency situations. We can arrange extra or even substitute equipment if required.

We are located centrally in North Melbourne with a fleet of vehicles that can quickly dispatch, pick up or deliver anywhere in Melbourne and surrounding communities.
All equipment supplied by Service Sphere is covered a one year warranty (parts) and three months (labour) from the date of installation. This is a manufacturers warranty and covers any defective parts while the equipment is being used in accordance of manufacturers guidelines. Liability is limited to repairing and replacing a part without charge.
Warranty is void if the equipment is not used and maintained according to operating manuals or service advice from Service Sphere. Warranty does not include accidental damage, failure through misuse or abuse, alterations, incorrect installation, power surges or Acts of God. Only authorized personnel are allowed to operate or repair equipment.
