The customer duly authorises Service Sphere to conduct repairs up to the value of $330 which will automatically be proceeded with, an $99* diagnostic fee applies (payable in advance and non-refundable). Repairs greater than $330 will be communicated to the customer after diagnosis. Manufacturers warranty repairs can only be validated with a proof of purchase (original preferred). Warranty does not cover cleaning, descaling, user error, transport or fair wear and tear (consumable parts). 

Warranty only covers manufacturers defect. Returned parts or accessories, will incur a restocking fee of 15%, if they are unused and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase (proof of purchase required). Once a job is diagnosed, confirmation is required within 5 days to proceed with works, if confirmation is not received a holding fee of $15 per week may apply. Goods uncollected after 6 months will be sold or disposed of (Uncollected Goods Act 1995). Turnaround time on repairs are approximately 7-14 business days. 

Repairs are covered by a 3 month warranty. Service Sphere will not be liable for any loss or damage beyond its control. Personal Identification and/or a job number will be required, along with payment to collect your goods.
