Food Service Australia (FSA) is back once again with the 2018 expo to be held in Sydney.
This years FSA instalment will be held in the new exhibition centre at Sydney's Darling Harbour to allow for significant growth in demand. The show will run from May 27th to 29th with over 350 exhibitors attending.
The event attracts an array of people and companies across the hospitality industry and successfully caters to them all. This year FSA will feature special events including Chef of the Year, National Restaurant Conference, Café School, Savour Patissier of the Year and the new Aged Care Catering Summit.
Elements of the Café School targeting that are designed to target the coffee industry include daily Coffee Masterclass’s and Beat the Barista competitions allowing for attendees to register to go up against Parmalat baristas Jibby Little and Sam Taylor. There are prizes up for grabs including $5,000 courtesy of Freedom Food, with the other FSA major sponsors Parmalat and Mission Foods also contributing.
FSA is a trade only expo, ensuring the highest possible value for both exhibitors and attendees. FSA states that this is so you can get straight down to business with only serious industry professionals at the show, with the proposal to attendees that they can find everything they need to improve their menu, bottom line, and stay ahead of competition.
